  1. What other services do you provide?

    In addition to addressing the core wealth management issues of retirement planning, estate planning, investment management, risk management, philanthropy and legacy planning, and tax planning, we provide clients with such additional services as:

    1. We create and maintain for each client a secure, personal web site that integrates financial resources from multiple sources and allows password protected access to important information at your convenience.
    2. We help clients create a written life goals workbook—their personal diary of accomplishment.
    3. We maintain for client education an online library of estate and retirement planning articles.
    4. During the initial phase of the wealth management process each client will receive a complimentary review of their legal documents by an estate tax attorney and a CPA review of the previous year’s tax return.
  2. Do you offer a free consultation?

    Yes! We encourage a complimentary visit to get to know each other and determine if we have the basis for a good long-term business relationship. This is an important initial step in the wealth management process.

  3. What type of client is best suited to Wealth Management Northwest, Inc.?

    Someone who is serious about their future and ready to engage a professional wealth management firm to get results on purpose. Our new clients typically are very busy, have $1,000,000 or more to invest and want to delegate day to day investment details to professionals.

    We specialize in helping people who are about to retire understand the complex issues of large pension plans, 401(k)s and IRAs. We also help people facing major transitions; widows and widowers, people selling a business, home, or other real estate, and those considering large charitable gifts.

  4. How does Wealth Management Northwest, Inc. get paid?

    Wealth Management Northwest bills separately for the wealth management process and for providing investment management services. Clients pay Wealth Management Northwest a fixed annual retainer for implementing the wealth management process. The retainer depends on the complexity of each client’s situation. The minimum retainer is $2,000. We do not bill by the hour. Wealth Management Northwest receives a separate fee for investment services based on assets under management.

  5. How does Wealth Management Northwest invest for clients?

    Wealth Management Northwest contracts large institutional pension consultants, asset allocation firms, strategists, and corporate money managers to provide independent, objective, risk controlled investment portfolios for clients.

  6. Do you refer clients to other professionals?

    We believe strongly in a coordinated team approach to client services and maintain close relationships with a network of top professionals who work with our clients in several important fields:

    1. Business, estate and tax attorneys.
    2. CPA firms.
    3. Trust companies and personal fiduciaries.
    4. Mortgage brokers.
    5. 401K providers and 3rd party administrators.
    6. Residence and commercial real estate brokers.
    7. Property and casualty insurance brokers.
  7. Where are you located?

  8. Do you do business with clients who aren’t local?

    Yes! Although we like to visit in person at least annually, we serve clients throughout the U.S. via an 800 phone number, email, and web site communications.

  9. What about privacy and client confidentiality?

    We value your privacy and will never rent, sell, loan, or abuse your personal information.
