Ray Eads, President
Ray is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ and holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Financial Services and is completing a Ph.D. in Business, specializing in investment planning for retirees. He holds a Series 24 principal’s securities license with KMS Financial Services, Inc., and is a life insurance broker. He is a graduate of Ed Slott IRA Distribution Training.
Ray has published over 50 articles on investing and retirement planning including the foreword to McGraw Hill’s The Art of Investing and Portfolio Management. Ray has been a regular contributor on America’s Wealth Management Show. Ray is past president of the Washington State Chapter of the International Society of Retirement Planners, and a founding member of The Wealth Education Institute of America, a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to educating the public about creating, preserving and transferring wealth. Ray is also a member of both Seattle Philanthropic Advisors Network and The International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy.
Ray is an avid fly fisher and enjoys outings with his wife and son.
Adam McCollum, Planning Associate
Adam engineers financial plans and computer systems for the firm. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Central Washington University, where he studied Marketing Management. Prior to joining Wealth Management Northwest, Adam was a Business Systems Specialist with a large engineering and construction firm. He and his wife, Deidra, along with their dog, Bentley, enjoy spending their weekends outdoors hiking, biking and kayaking.
Lori Morris, Client Services Manager
Lori joined the firm in November, 1999. She previously worked at Washington Mutual as an Administrative Assistant before becoming a stay-home Mom, raising her two boys. Lori is responsible for client inquiries, establishing new accounts, ongoing account maintenance, and generally making sure the office runs smoothly. With one son still at home, she, her husband, and their wonder-dog Cubby, enjoy bicycling, hiking and camping.
Nancy Eads, Compliance Officer
With fifteen years experience as Chief Financial Officer, Nancy is responsible for both legal compliance supervision and corporate finances. She enjoys reading and is the long time president of the fan club for Patricia Veryan, a local best-selling author. Her college work in early childhood education is useful in keeping the office in line.
